Residential Post Construction

This specification describes duties to be performed during post-construction clean-up of a Residential Home. Post-construction clean-up is a comprehensive, detailed cleaning of a residential home performed after renovation or new construction.

KITCHEN:

* Vacuum inside of kitchen cabinets and drawers
* Wipe outsides of kitchen cabinets to remove dust
* Exterior of oven
* Clean exterior or refrigerator (top, front and sides)
* Wash baseboards/doors/woodwork
* Thoroughly sweep and mop floors (remove glue, etc.)

BATHROOMS:

* Shower head and rod
* Removal of drywall mud, paint overspray in shower/tubs
* Removal of stickers, paint overspray from toilets
* Clean light fixtures
* Vacuum interior of wooden vanity bases
* Wipe outsides of wooden vanity bases to remove dust
* Wash baseboards/doors/woodwork

THROUGHOUT ENTIRE HOME:

* Dust 6 panel doors, window sills, baseboards
* Edge carpet
* Vacuum carpet
* Dust ceiling fan blades and light fixtures
* Pick up trash
* Wash baseboards/doors/woodwork

WINDOWS:

* Thoroughly clean interior/exterior glass to remove stickers, glue residue, paint overspray, etc.
* Thoroughly clean window surrounds to remove drywall mud, paint overspray
* Vacuum and thoroughly clean window sills
* Dust/wipe down screens

SEPARATELY PRICED OPTIONS ITEMS:

* Broom sweep garage/basement
* Extra paint removal, glue removal, etc.
