Special Requests

Our deep cleans are very thorough, and our regular maintenance cleanings service to maintain a level of cleanliness in your home, however, sometimes customers have special needs and requests.

Below is a list of special requests that can be added a-la-cart to your cleaning:

Inside Ovens & Refrigerators.

Cleaning Concepts, Inc. offers complete cleaning of your oven and refrigerator interiors. To schedule this service, please contact our office prior to your scheduled service so that we can send appropriate cleaning products, schedule adequate time, and determine the additional fee prior to the service being performed.

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.

This is the only service we do subcontract. We have a special arrangement set up with a local carpet/upholstery cleaner which allows us to offer this service at a discounted rate, cheaper than you could get by calling direct!

Uncovered Items.

Cleaning Concepts, Inc. is unable to provide some services because we can’t perform them economically or safely. Some of these items include laundering and ironing, climbing ladders, or moving anything weighing over 30 pounds.

One Time Cleanings.

One time cleanings include move-ins and move-outs, deep cleans or any other non-recurring service. We must have payment in full of the ceiling price before we will begin work.
