Specifications of Work: Top to Bottom cleaning - Residential Homes

A Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning is a comprehensive, detailed cleaning of a residential home performed on a one time basis or initially when we begin a recurring service schedule.

General cleaning tasks through out the entire home:
Hand wash light fixtures & ceiling fan blades
Cobwebs removed
Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or wiped w/micro fiber)
Wipe down all woodwork including doors, molding, trim, window sills, baseboards and door frames
Lamps and lampshades (dusted or vacuumed with attachment)
Hand wipe shelves, knick knacks and picture frames on walls
Furniture polished (fronts, sides and legs
Light switch plates (washed)
Vacuum edges of carpet with a crevice tool
Beds made (1 set of sheets changed)
Straighten & tidy up (light straightening – not heavy duty clutter control)
Stairs vacuumed and edged (wood stairs wiped down)
Floors – carpeted floors vacuumed, bare floors swept and mopped Bathrooms (all the above General tasks that apply plus):
Mirrors cleaned all the way to the top
Thoroughly scrub any build up out of showers, tubs and surrounds
Remove hard water marks and rust stains
Clean toilets (sanitized)
Straighten and re hang towels
Cabinet fronts polished with Liquid Gold Kitchens (all of the above General tasks that apply plus):
All cabinet fronts polished with Liquid Gold
Countertops & backsplashes (washed)
All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
Outside of appliances (dishwasher, trash compactor, etc.) cleaned
Inside/outside microwave cleaned every time
Outside and top of refrigerator (inside and underneath extra cost)
Stove and drip pans scrubbed (interior extra cost)

- It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning. - We do not climb higher than a 2 step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with extension duster. - We cannot move furniture but we will try to reach visible places by hand or with extension duster - Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. - We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require additional cleaning time spent or replacement. - Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
